The latest product work is moving Spotaq from a recommendation-heavy dashboard toward a clearer weekly execution system.

I'm turning the Action Backlog into three groups:
- Running automatically
- Ready to ship
- Needs setup
I'm also keeping automation honest, especially when third-party approvals and LLM retrieval timelines are outside the product's control.
The goal is not to overpromise full autopilot. The goal is to make Spotaq feel like a system that has already thought through the work, prepared the next steps, and will keep monitoring what changes.
